Return Eligibility

  1. You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. 
  1. Condition: 

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these requirements. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items: 

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. 

How to Return an Item 

  1. Initiate a Return: 

Contact our support team at contact@branbear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

  1. Follow Return Instructions: 

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send your items back. If applicable, a return label will be issued for your convenience. 

  1. Shipping Your Return: 

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Use the provided return label if applicable, and ensure you obtain a tracking number for your shipment. 

Refund Process 

  1. Processing Time: 

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

  1. Shipping Costs: 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In most cases, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 

Exchanges 

  1. Requesting an Exchange: 

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. 

  1. Stock Availability: 

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
