Placing an order

Simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, click on the cart icon and follow the steps to complete the checkout process.

1.2 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at contact@branbear.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once you receive the items.

1.3 Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders easily and store your shipping information for faster checkout next time.

Shipping & delivery

2.1 What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer Standard Shipping, which typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive.

2.2 How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $100: A $5.50 shipping fee applies.

Orders over $100: Free Standard Shipping is available.

2.3 How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days before they are shipped.

2.4 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to other regions soon!

2.5 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.

2.6 What if there are delays in shipping?

We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you and assist as needed.

3.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through:

Paypal, Enjoy secure, hassle-free checkout with PayPal. Whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can complete your purchase quickly using credit or debit cards through their platform.

Stripe payment, Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

3.2 Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Yes, we use secure payment gateways and encryption technologies to protect your personal and payment information.

3.3 Will I be charged sales tax?

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3.4 Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Currently, we only accept one payment method per order.

Return & refunds

What different forms of payment do you have?

Klarna

With Klarna we offer different payment solutions. You can read more about them directly on Klarna’s website here. If you decide to pay by invoice, it will be sent to your specified email address as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse.

PayPal

With a PayPal account, you will be able to easily pay with your e-mail address and password. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create it by clicking here.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is always emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. The sender is “Klarna”, which is our invoice partner. The invoice will be emailed to you once we have sent your order from our warehouse.

I am having an issue with paying at checkout.

If you experience problems with ordering on our website, it may be because you are trying to pay with a card issuer or payment method that we currently do not support. If none of these are applicable, please check with your bank to make sure your card supports international purchases.
