BranBear is an online pet-products store operated by Altivon LLC. By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked within them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.
3. Accounts and Information
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account. Information provided during registration, checkout or customer-service contact must be current, complete and accurate. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
4. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, images, dimensions, ingredients, quantities and colors accurately. Screen settings, packaging updates and normal manufacturing variations may cause minor differences that do not materially change the product.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors or cancel unavailable items. If we cancel a paid item, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Important: Review the product page, packaging, ingredient list, directions, warnings and suitability information before giving any product to your pet.
5. Pet Health and Supplement Information
Content on BranBear is provided for general product and educational information only. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified veterinarian.
- Use products only as directed on the label and for the intended animal and purpose.
- Consult a veterinarian before introducing a supplement if your pet is pregnant, nursing, very young, elderly, taking medication or has a health condition.
- Stop use and seek veterinary guidance if your pet experiences an unexpected reaction.
- Keep products stored safely and out of reach of children and animals when not in use.
6. Prices, Taxes and Promotions
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. The final amount, including any applicable tax, discount or charge, is displayed before you submit the order.
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility rules, expiration dates and quantity limits. Unless expressly stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively. We may correct genuine pricing or promotional errors before fulfillment and will contact you where appropriate.
7. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may decline, hold or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, pricing error, quantity restrictions or inability to deliver.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.
8. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed order total. Full information is available in our Payment Policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for current handling, tracking and delivery information.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Return eligibility, supplement safety restrictions, return-shipping responsibilities, exchanges and refund timelines are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Commit fraud, submit unauthorized payments or provide false information.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt website operation.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or access the website through unauthorized automated means.
- Impersonate another person, misuse customer accounts or attempt to obtain restricted information.
- Resell or exploit website content without written permission.
12. Intellectual Property
The BranBear website and its original branding, design, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Altivon LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
13. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Altivon LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and use that content in connection with BranBear and its marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, promotional spam or otherwise violates these Terms. We do not require positive reviews and do not alter legitimate customer opinions.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, wallet providers and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly provided with the product or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altivon LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims and expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your state remain unaffected.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store, services or legal obligations. The revised Terms become effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use and purchases.
20. General Provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement between you and BranBear concerning use of the store, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
